A four-agent research round traced the caption-retention statistics the industry cites back to their sources and found most of them empty or a decade old. The result is a recorded caption policy: clean by default, client-electable per distribution account, with toggleable caption tracks shipping on every deliverable.
The client voice system moved from provisional to ratified: a 43-rule row-by-row sort through a purpose-built interactive artifact, folded into the two canon guide files the same day. Copy now generates inside positive writing rules, with the detection audits demoted to backstop.
The take-manifest walker now captures every read of a section as its own candidate, so a principal can record three takes back to back and pick the keeper in the studio. Candidates surface as lettered rows with transcript evidence per attempt, and an unclaimed-speech report flags anything the walker missed before approvals begin.
Built a client brand's motion identity in Remotion: one logo-resolve grammar (hairline sweep, counter-clockwise spin, wordmark fill) told at three tempi across a stinger, segment heads, and a full logo reveal. Every timing extends the brand's own web motion tokens into the frame domain, and the brand color was settled from rendered pixels, not the spec.
