Build Log
Deployed to Vercel and checked production rather than trusting the green checkmark. That surfaced a fully indexable public preview with no robots.txt — blocked before a half-real copy of the studio could start competing with the real domain in search.
Rebuilt the month calendar for phones: a 960px horizontal scroller became a fitted grid of availability dots that opens a day on tap. The site also gained mobile navigation, which it had been missing entirely — two pages were dead ends on a phone.
Connected the site to its content database and verified every path in a browser: create, edit, delete, and the cache invalidation that carries an admin save through to the public page. The first run against real data surfaced a seeding collision that would have shipped a silently empty class filter.
The owner can now run her own site. Six content types behind a password-protected admin — weekly schedule, teachers, class descriptions, and pricing — so routine changes no longer wait on a developer.
Stood up the Earthsong Yoga rebuild end to end: captured the failing legacy site (finding the broken Square payment links at the root of the studio's problem), decoded the Claude Design bundle into a working design system, and delivered a five-page notional build with the studio's real schedule, teachers, and lotus brand mark. A shareable client review page now carries the whole architecture story, from Square-driven live availability to a month-view calendar, ready for the owner's sign-off.
